This post is going to be about my experiences on using Camtasia Studio 5.
When I first started screen recording I used something called hypercam. Let me tell you, it sucked like hell.

I then started using camstudio. This was OK but there were 3 problems that I had with it.
1) The quality was not awesome.
2) Sometimes when I tried recording the codec would switch from divx to Microsoft 1.
3) Usually when I finished recording and tried to save it would come up with a stupid error message.

So then I saw a video that was nearly full screen and had amazing quality. I PM'ed that guy and he told me he payed for camtasia 5.

So I got camtasia 5 as well.



Here are some PROS & CONS of camtasia studio 5.

Pros

1) It had a very smooth autopan
2) The recording showed your Mic volume
3) The screen recording was crisp and clear
4) You could change the Mic settings in camtasia while or after recording so it is clear
5) You can set a frame rate for the recording
6) When you import a video you can add transitions for a professional look
7) At full screen there is the zoom-in-pan tool which automatically zooms in an area for you
8) You can add notations to the video
9) With music and audio you can fade in and out
10) Also with music and audio you can remove noise and change volume
12) When producing a movie you can apply it to your settings for high quality or low quality


Cons

1) Sometimes when I stop a recording it will come up with an error message
2) The quality can turn out low
3) At times the pause and play buttons do not work
4) When making title clips and importing onto the time-line they can become very tiny
5) Processing videos can take from 10 - 30 minutes.

About 5 - 6 months ago, I bought the Sony Bravia HD TV 32". Since I've used it so long, now it is time for a review. So, readers, here it is!

Good aspects

1) The first good aspect is the HD quality. For me, it has been amazing. It has worked like an angle with my ps3, as well as my blue ray movies.

2) The user friendliness is amazing. As soon as I turned on the TV I was able to navigate and edit the system settings with ease.

3) The large screen definitely satisfies me. There is no blur unless the quality of the video is horrible.

4) It has the energy saving options.

5) The HDMI cable is awesome for my PS3


Bad aspects

From what I have experienced, I cannot find a bad aspect for the Sony Bravia. It is a truly amazing TV. I have never had a TV bigger than 15 inch, and my last TV was a small 15 inch Sanyo TV that lasted 9 years. It still works. I have it right next to me.

The majority of people who have a computer, have Microsoft windows computer. Their computer companies are from a range of HP to Dell to Asus etc...

But there is the Apple Imac .


















Pros

1) It is space efficient due to its single screen
2) There is a lot of power with in an Imac
3) You can get 24" screen. You don't have to buy cinema display!
5) Imacs are great for creating HD movies
6) They carry nvidia Geforce graphics cards ranging from 256 - 512.
7) They can work at great speed
8) Their interface is well designed
9) You can make movies at low file size. Great for youtube.
10) Great for using photoshop, flash, etc...
11) Since Macs are not as popular, they have less viruses.
12) There are very few wires needed, unlike PC


Cons

1) They have bad compatibility with many programs due to OSX
2) Many games such as fallout 3, do not work on OSX
3) Due to the processor being built into the screen there is less power
4) It is harder to upgrade
5) If the screen breaks, the whole system is dead
6) Windows can do nearly everything a Mac can do
7) Imacs are expensive
8) Switching from windows to mac can be confusing


12 Pros for Imac. 8 Cons for Imac.

However, if you are a gamer, then no, you should not go for the Imac, go for windows. If you just want a fast computer, but not a gamer, go for the Imac.

As for me, I want the Imacs power, with gaming. But I would just go with windows. Im a gamer ;).

I have really wanted an IPod touch. I was thinking of a laptop but how about an Ipod Touch. Much more efficient!

WHY?

Well here are some of the reasons.
1) Internet. I can’t always go on the internet, or take the internet with me. With the IPod Touch, I can!

2) Games. My DS is broken, and I want fun games. IPod Touch. Voted best gaming console of the year.

3) Music. I have so much music on my computer. Actually once i only had 100 kb left on my pc. I deleted all my music, I had freed up 10 GB.














"With 8GB to 32 GB you can store loads of songs and movies"








4) BBC I Player. I miss loads of TV shows due to homework, school, work and work. So when I am in bed I can watch some. Pretty neat huh.

5) I get ALOT of email. I can check them all on the IPod Touch.

6) Lost! What do I do… Get my IPod Touch and go on the map. Find out where I am!

7) YouTube. You don’t know how much I love watching YouTube vids. Why not on my hand!

8) I find a really good pic, I can show my friends. Or a really good video (wink wink)

9) Calendar and events. It’s a bit like a time table, so when your coffee time is starting it will give you a notification.

10) Sports. You can find out how far you have run, burnt calories etc...

Ok so those are the MAIN features of the IPod touch. But there are millions more.

An awesome gadget. Must buy!

Everyone has an mp3, or a phone that can handle mp3's or ipods. Most people bring em to school wanting to listen to them but can never get the chance. Well... here are some tips!


1) Sit in the corner of the back of a class
2) If possible, make sure your face is hidden
3) Thread the wires through your
sleeves and hold one ear bud in your hand and put your hand on your ear and lie it down. It will look as though you are bored.
4) If you have any cool teachers that don't care if you use ipods etc... take the advantage!
5) If your lunchtime is worthless to you then go to the toilets or a hidden area a listen to your music
